During the Summer School (Startup Days), participants are instructed to develop promising business models in interdisciplinary teams. The business models are based on ideas and research results that participants have contributed themselves. In addition to topic-specific workshops, such as “Understanding Customer Wishes“ and “Developing a Value Proposition“, there will be a mentoring programme. Within this programme, experienced female entrepreneurs will work closely with the teams and provide valuable input. This way participants will benefit from the manifold experiences of the mentors and gain practical insights about the challenges and opportunities involved in setting up a company. At the end of the event, all participants will be invited to a get-together to strengthen the newly created network of participants, mentors, experienced founders and practitioners.
